This beautiful Vacheron Constantin reference 2019 comes with an 18k yellow gold case. Based off the serial and decoding our best guess is this watch is from the 1940s. An interesting feature of this watch is that it’s hour markers have aged beautiful into a rainbow patina.
Please reference the last image for the included painting for this piece. All paintings are hand painted after being measured as close to true dimensions. The painting measures 8 x 10 inches for standard framing. All painting are done in gouache with designer paper.
