We hand paint watches accurate to scale for your space
Our Process involves accurately gathering measurements of your watch, usually in millimeters. The measurements are then transferred to thick paper and sketched. Finally the sketch is painted with designer gouache which allows the painting to become vibrant. This is all done by hand.
Our Story
The love and passion for watches at watch paints begins with Evert Marquez. Drawn to watches since he was a young boy, Evert quickly became fascinated at the thought of tiny gears and intricate pieces working together to accurately tell time.
Watches were not the only passion Evert had for he was always an artist since his primary school years. He experimented with various paints such as oil, acrylic, but found watercolor to be his preferred medium. Later he would transition to gouache. The idea came from looking at old jewelry houses that used gouache for their designs.
